All claims dated July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014 that you wish to apply to your health spending account must be submitted to Medavie Blue Cross by September 30, 2014.

Please note any amount you have not used from the 2013-2014 period will roll forward for one year. This amount will be available for use in the July 1, 2014 – June 30, 2015 period. Claims can only be claimed in the current claim year.
