Do you have a dependant between the age of 21-25 who is enrolled in a post-secondary institution as a fulltime student this September?
Under 亚洲91视频 University's benefit policies, dependant children between the ages of 21 and 25 are eligible to continue coverage under your benefit plan as long as they are enrolled in a post-secondary institution.
It is imperative that you complete a Student Dependant Registration Form before August 31st should you wish to maintain coverage for your dependant.
