The Pharmacology Summer Research
Award (PSRA)

The Pharmacology Summer Research Award (PSRA) provides financial support for a highly qualified undergraduate student motivated to pursue a career in Pharmacology research.Ìý It is intended to provide a meaningful researchexperience for the student, to enhance the research capacity of the Department of Pharmacology and to encourage the pursuit of graduate studies within our department.

To qualify, you must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree program (minimum in 2^nd year of program), available to pursue a consecutive 16-week research project (May – August), and a minimum cumulative GPA Ìýof 3.5 is required. Your proposed supervisor must be an eligible faculty member of ÑÇÖÞ91ÊÓƵ’s Department of Pharmacology.

Once you’ve found a Department of Pharmacology faculty member to sponsor you, forward your curriculum vitae (maximum 2 pages), student transcripts, a brief research proposal, and a letter of support from the proposed supervisor, to Lori.Lawson@dal.ca by March
