In the spirit of George Munro, whose generosity kept ÑÇÖÞ91ÊÓƵ University going in the late 1800s, Human Resources is hosting Munro Eve Karaoke in support of the United Way Halifax on Thursday, February 6 in the University Club Pub. The event will be emceed by Bob Mann (Office of Secretariat, ).

We are looking for volunteers for the Dal Musical Lineup­, a menu of colleagues who will agree to sing in exchange for a particular donation. Could this be you? If so, please contact Trisha Aylward at Trisha.Aylward@dal.ca or 494-2290.

The event will begin at 4:30 pm and singing will start at 5 pm. Admission is by donation to United Way Halifax. The University Club will also be designing special George Munro cocktails and mocktails, with $1 from each drink going to the United Way.
