HR has launched a new DPMG handbook for its members.

The new handbook includes a number of updates and changes based on feedback received from members. A few highlights include:
- An easier to navigate format, including a clickable table of contents and hyperlinks throughout the handbook. The document was designed to be used primarily in digital format.
- A new streamlined approach to overload and acting pay language.
- A new exceptional service payment for recognizing employees who are at the top of the scale and have demonstrated sustained excellence in their roles.
